1 Ingredient Cottage Cheese Chips

Crispy, protein-packed chips made from just cottage cheese, baked until golden and crunchy. Perfect for low-carb diets.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk cottage cheese (4% milkfat).

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with parchment.
  2. Drop tablespoons of cottage cheese 2 inches apart, flatten to 1/4 inch.
  3. Add optional seasonings if desired.
  4. Cook 40-50 minutes until edges dark brown and surface golden. Check at 35 minutes.
  5. Let cool 20-30 minutes until completely firm and crunchy.

Notes

Use high protein cottage cheese.
Best eaten same day.
Can reheat to restore crunch.
