- 1 cup whole milk cottage cheese (4% milkfat).
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with parchment.
- Drop tablespoons of cottage cheese 2 inches apart, flatten to 1/4 inch.
- Add optional seasonings if desired.
- Cook 40-50 minutes until edges dark brown and surface golden. Check at 35 minutes.
- Let cool 20-30 minutes until completely firm and crunchy.
Notes
Use high protein cottage cheese.
Best eaten same day.
Can reheat to restore crunch.
