- 2 lbs steak, cut into cubes
- 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
- In a separate pot, boil water and cook the cheese ravioli according to package instructions.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the cooked ravioli and steak to the garlic butter sauce, tossing to coat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
