Steak Cuts Cheese Ravioli in Garlic Butter

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs steak, cut into cubes
  • 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
  3. In a separate pot, boil water and cook the cheese ravioli according to package instructions.
  4. In the same skillet, melt the butter and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  5. Add the cooked ravioli and steak to the garlic butter sauce, tossing to coat.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
