- 1 lb flank steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional: 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the cheese ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak strips, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned; remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add minced garlic; cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Return the steak to the skillet and add the cooked ravioli; toss everything together to coat in the garlic butter.
- Stir in chopped parsley and optional Parmesan cheese; cook for another minute.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter. Ensure steak is sliced against the grain for tenderness.
