A savory dish featuring tender steak cuts combined with cheese ravioli, all tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce for a comforting meal.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb flank steak, cut into thin strips
  • 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional: 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the cheese ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak strips, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned; remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add minced garlic; cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Return the steak to the skillet and add the cooked ravioli; toss everything together to coat in the garlic butter.
  6. Stir in chopped parsley and optional Parmesan cheese; cook for another minute.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with extra parsley if desired.

Notes

For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter. Ensure steak is sliced against the grain for tenderness.
