Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz flank steak, sliced into cuts
- 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the cheese ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak cuts with salt and pepper, then sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned; remove from skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn.
- Return the cooked ravioli and steak cuts to the skillet. Toss everything together in the garlic butter sauce for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a creamier sauce, add a splash of heavy cream. Ensure steak is sliced thinly for even cooking.
