Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb flank steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil for searing
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the cheese ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak strips with salt and pepper, then sear them for 2-3 minutes per side until browned; remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the cooked ravioli and steak strips back to the skillet, along with the fresh spinach. Toss everything together in the garlic butter sauce for 2-3 minutes until heated through and spinach wilts.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a creamier sauce, add a splash of heavy cream; pair with a side of garlic bread for an extra indulgent meal.
