- 1 lb flank steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the cheese ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the steak strips to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
- Pour in the beef broth and stir to combine, allowing the sauce to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet and toss gently to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For a creamier sauce, add a splash of heavy cream. Ensure steak is sliced against the grain for tenderness.
