Steak and Cheese Ravioli in Garlic Butter

A flavorful dish combining tender steak cuts with cheese ravioli, tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb flank steak, cut into thin strips
  • 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the cheese ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the steak strips to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
  5. Pour in the beef broth and stir to combine, allowing the sauce to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet and toss gently to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For a creamier sauce, add a splash of heavy cream. Ensure steak is sliced against the grain for tenderness.
