Steak Cuts Cheese Ravioli in Garlic Butter

A delicious fusion of juicy steak cuts and cheese ravioli tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 2-4 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz beef steak, cut into thin strips
  • 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the cheese ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the steak strips for 2-3 minutes per side until browned; remove from pan.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the cooked ravioli and steak back to the skillet, tossing everything in the garlic butter sauce.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter sauce. Ensure steak is at room temperature before cooking for even searing.
