Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz beef steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the cheese ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the steak strips for 2-3 minutes per side until browned; remove from pan.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the cooked ravioli and steak back to the skillet, tossing everything in the garlic butter sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter sauce. Ensure steak is at room temperature before cooking for even searing.
