This recipe combines tender steak cuts with cheese-filled ravioli, all tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce for a flavorful meal.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb flank steak, sliced into thin cuts
  • 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season the steak slices with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the steak for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
  3. In a separate pot, boil water and cook the ravioli according to package instructions, then drain.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  5. Add the cooked ravioli and steak to the garlic butter, tossing to coat.
  6. Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a creamier sauce, add a splash of heavy cream. Ensure steak is rested before slicing for better texture.
