- 1 lb flank steak, sliced into thin cuts
- 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Season the steak slices with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the steak for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
- In a separate pot, boil water and cook the ravioli according to package instructions, then drain.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the cooked ravioli and steak to the garlic butter, tossing to coat.
- Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For a creamier sauce, add a splash of heavy cream. Ensure steak is rested before slicing for better texture.
