- 1 lb flank steak, sliced into thin cuts
- 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions
- Boil a pot of water and cook the ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the sliced steak to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
- Stir in the cooked ravioli and spinach; toss everything together for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with Parmesan if desired; serve immediately.
