Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of water and cook the ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced steak to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Stir in the cooked ravioli and spinach; toss everything together for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with Parmesan if desired; serve immediately.
