- 2 beef steaks (ribeye or sirloin), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the cheese ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the steak pieces to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-5 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
- Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet and toss everything together in the garlic butter sauce for 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, use high-quality steak and fresh garlic. Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.
