- 8 oz steak cuts, sliced thin
- 1 package cheese ravioli (about 9 oz)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the cheese ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the sliced steak cuts to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Stir in the cooked ravioli and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper; cook for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter sauce. Ensure steak is at room temperature before cooking for even results.
