Steak Cuts Cheese Ravioli in Garlic Butter

Ingredients

  • 8 oz steak cuts, sliced thin
  • 1 package cheese ravioli (about 9 oz)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the cheese ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced steak cuts to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in the cooked ravioli and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  5. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper; cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter sauce. Ensure steak is at room temperature before cooking for even results.
