Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the cheese ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak slices with salt and pepper, then sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn.
- Add the cooked ravioli and seared steak to the skillet with the garlic butter. Toss gently to coat everything evenly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, use fresh ravioli if available. Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.
