Steak Cuts Cheese Ravioli in Garlic Butter

A flavorful dish featuring steak pieces combined with cheese ravioli, tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the cheese ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak slices with salt and pepper, then sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn.
  4. Add the cooked ravioli and seared steak to the skillet with the garlic butter. Toss gently to coat everything evenly.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, use fresh ravioli if available. Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.
