Steak Cuts Cheese Ravioli in Garlic Butter

Tender steak cuts paired with cheese ravioli, sautéed in a flavorful garlic butter sauce.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz steak cuts, sliced
  • 1 package cheese ravioli (9 oz)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear the steak cuts for 3-4 minutes per side until browned; remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the cooked ravioli and steak cuts back to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  5. Stir in fresh parsley, salt, and pepper; cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley if desired.

Notes

For a creamier sauce, add a splash of heavy cream. Ensure steak is at room temperature before cooking for even results.
