- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear the steak cuts for 3-4 minutes per side until browned; remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the cooked ravioli and steak cuts back to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
- Stir in fresh parsley, salt, and pepper; cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
Notes
For a creamier sauce, add a splash of heavy cream. Ensure steak is at room temperature before cooking for even results.
