Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add steak pieces and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Reduce heat to medium; add minced garlic and butter to the skillet, stirring until butter melts and garlic is fragrant.
  5. Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet, tossing gently to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  6. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, then remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a creamier sauce, add a splash of heavy cream. Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.
