Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the cheese ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat until the butter melts.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the steak strips to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Stir in the cooked ravioli and toss everything together to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter sauce. Ensure steak is rested before cutting for juicier results.
