Steak Cuts Cheese Ravioli in Garlic Butter

A flavorful dish featuring tender steak cuts mixed with cheese ravioli, tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
  • 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the cheese ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat until the butter melts.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Add the steak strips to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
  5. Stir in the cooked ravioli and toss everything together to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes

For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter sauce. Ensure steak is rested before cutting for juicier results.
