- 8 oz steak cuts, sliced thin
- 1 package cheese ravioli (9 oz)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the ravioli according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic; cook until fragrant.
- Add the steak cuts to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked ravioli and spinach; toss everything together for 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot with Parmesan if desired.
Notes
Ensure steak is sliced thinly for even cooking. Pairs well with a side salad.
