Steak Cuts Cheese Ravioli in Garlic Butter

A flavorful dish combining tender steak cuts with cheese ravioli, all tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb flank steak, cut into thin strips
  • 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the steak strips for 3-4 minutes per side until browned; remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic; cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the cooked ravioli and steak back into the skillet, tossing everything in the garlic butter sauce.
  5. Stir in chopped parsley, salt, and pepper; cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a creamier sauce, add a splash of heavy cream. Pairs well with a side salad.
