- 1 lb flank steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the steak strips for 3-4 minutes per side until browned; remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic; cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the cooked ravioli and steak back into the skillet, tossing everything in the garlic butter sauce.
- Stir in chopped parsley, salt, and pepper; cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For a creamier sauce, add a splash of heavy cream. Pairs well with a side salad.
