  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the cheese ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced steak to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
  5. Stir in the cooked ravioli, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper; toss to combine and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a creamier sauce, add more heavy cream as needed. Ensure steak is sliced against the grain for tenderness.
