Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz cheese ravioli
- 12 oz steak cuts (such as sirloin or ribeye)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the cheese ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Season the steak cuts with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak cuts and sear for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove from skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
- Slice the rested steak and add to the skillet with the ravioli. Stir in chopped parsley and mix well.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter sauce. Ensure steak is rested for juiciness.
