Steak Cuts Cheese Ravioli in Garlic Butter

Tender steak cuts combined with cheese ravioli, sautéed in a rich garlic butter sauce for a flavorful meal.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cheese ravioli
  • 12 oz steak cuts (such as sirloin or ribeye)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the cheese ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Season the steak cuts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak cuts and sear for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove from skillet and let rest.
  4. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
  6. Slice the rested steak and add to the skillet with the ravioli. Stir in chopped parsley and mix well.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley if desired.

Notes

For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter sauce. Ensure steak is rested for juiciness.
