A savory dish featuring tender steak cuts combined with cheese ravioli, all tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the cheese ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the thinly sliced steak and season with salt and black pepper; cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  4. Reduce heat to medium, add minced garlic and butter to the skillet, and stir until the butter melts and garlic is fragrant.
  5. Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet and toss everything together until well coated in the garlic butter sauce.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, use fresh ravioli and let the steak rest for a few minutes after slicing.
