- 8 small tortillas
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook ground chicken in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and water to the chicken; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Fill each mini tortilla with the chicken mixture and top with cheese.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
