Instructions

Place beef, green and red bell peppers, and onion in an electric pressure cooker.Add garlic powder, ginger, soy sauce, black pepper, and brown sugar to the beef and peppers.Pour beef broth over the ingredients and stir to combine.Secure the lid of the pressure cooker and set to high pressure for 15 minutes.Perform a quick release after cooking or a natural release for more tender steak.Remove lid and set the pressure cooker to sauté mode.In a separate bowl, mix 1/4 cup cold water with cornstarch.Stir the cornstarch mixture into the pepper steak.Boil for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.Serve and enjoy!
