For the Crust:
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup diced apples
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each slightly. Spoon apple mixture onto each piece, then fold and seal into balls.
- Brush each ball with melted butter and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
- Place in air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
