Air Fryer Apple Pie Bombs

Delicious bite-sized apple pie treats made easy in the air fryer.

For the Crust:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup diced apples
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each slightly. Spoon apple mixture onto each piece, then fold and seal into balls.
  4. Brush each ball with melted butter and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
  5. Place in air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
