For the Crust:
- 2 apples
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp coconut oil, melted
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Wash and dry apples. Cut apples into 1/2 inch cubes, leaving the skin on.
- Place apples in a medium bowl. Add maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil. Mix until apples are fully coated.
- Add apples to air fryer basket. Air fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove from air fryer and enjoy warm.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Reheat in the microwave for 30-60 seconds or in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes at 350°F.
