Air Fryer Apples

These Air Fryer Apples are the perfect healthy dessert! They are warm, tender, and taste just like apple pie filling. Made with only 5 ingredients and ready in 15 minutes!

For the Crust:

  • 2 apples
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp coconut oil, melted

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Wash and dry apples. Cut apples into 1/2 inch cubes, leaving the skin on.
  2. Place apples in a medium bowl. Add maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil. Mix until apples are fully coated.
  3. Add apples to air fryer basket. Air fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  4. Remove from air fryer and enjoy warm.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Reheat in the microwave for 30-60 seconds or in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes at 350°F.
