Instructions
- Prepare theOvenand Cauliflower: Preheat yourovento 400°F (200°C). Remove the leaves from the cauliflower, and trim the stem so that it sits flat.
- Blanch: Bring alarge potof salted water to a boil. Submerge the cauliflower head first for 5 minutes, then remove and let it drain.
- Mix theSpices: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, turmeric, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Season: Brush the cauliflower with the spice mixture, making sure it’s fully coated.
- Roast: Place the cauliflower in abaking dishand roast for 35-40 minutes, until it is crispy and golden.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Rotate the cauliflower halfway through roasting to ensure it cooks evenly.To check if the cauliflower is cooked, poke it with a skewer. If it goes through easily, it’s ready.
