Air Fryer Chickpeas

Crispy, seasoned chickpeas made quickly in the air fryer. A healthy snack that’s customizable with your favorite spices.

Ingredients

  • Cooked chickpeas, drained and rinsed (1 1/2 cups).
  • Extra-virgin olive oil (2 teaspoons).
  • Sea salt (1/4 teaspoon plus more to taste).
  • Garlic powder (optional).
  • Paprika (optional).
  • Other spices of choice (optional).

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Pat chickpeas thoroughly dry with kitchen towel.
  3. Toss chickpeas with oil, salt and optional spices.
  4. Cook in single layer for 10-15 minutes, tossing halfway.

Notes

Best eaten immediately.
Can customize seasonings.
Store up to 2 days at room temp.
