Ingredients
Scale
- 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- 1 lb ground pork or chicken.
- 1 clove garlic, minced.
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger.
- 1 carrot, shredded.
- 3 scallions, chopped.
- 3 cups shredded cabbage.
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar.
- 12 egg roll wrappers.
- Oil for brushing.
Instructions
- Cook meat 6-8 minutes, add vegetables and seasonings, cook 3-4 minutes more until cabbage wilts.
- Remove from heat and let filling cool.
- Place 1/4 cup filling in wrapper, wet edges, fold and roll into cylinder.
- Place in air fryer basket without stacking, brush with oil. Cook at 350°F for 6-7 minutes, flip, oil again, cook 4-5 minutes more.
Notes
Can be pan-fried instead.
Filling can be made ahead.
Don’t stack while cooking.
