For the Crust:
- 8 large dill pickles, halved lengthwise and hollowed out
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Cooking spray
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Spoon the cheese mixture into the hollowed-out pickles, pressing gently to fill completely.
- Dredge each stuffed pickle in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray the pickles with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
