Instructions
- To start the cooking process, preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius). Heat up askilletover medium heat and add a tablespoon of olive oil. Once the oil is shimmering, add the onions and bell peppers and sauté them until they are soft.Next, add the ground beef to the skillet and cook it until it is browned. As the beef is cooking, add the minced garlic and continue sautéing until the garlic is fragrant. Add the black pepper, dried oregano, paprika, cumin, and chili powder to the skillet and mix everything together.While the beef is cooking, prepare the dough by combining the all-purpose flour, salt, and cubed unsalted butter in a mixing bowl. Mix everything together until it forms a dough. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut it into 6-inch squares.Once the beef mixture is cooked, spoon it onto the center of each dough square.
