Bacon Cheeseburger Roll

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced onions, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the beef. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  5. Spread the beef mixture over the dough, then sprinkle with bacon and cheese.
  6. Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a spicier version, add jalapenos to the filling. Ensure bacon is fully cooked to avoid sogginess.
