- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onions, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the beef. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread the beef mixture over the dough, then sprinkle with bacon and cheese.
- Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a spicier version, add jalapenos to the filling. Ensure bacon is fully cooked to avoid sogginess.
