For the Crust:
- 4 cod fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Pat the cod fillets dry and place them in the prepared baking dish.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fillets, then sprinkle with minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange lemon slices on top of the fillets.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
