- 1 block (7-8 ounces) feta cheese
- 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives, halved
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary for garnish
- Crusty bread for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small baking dish, place the block of feta cheese in the center.
- Top the feta with the halved olives and chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top, then sprinkle with minced garlic, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the feta is soft and slightly golden around the edges.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh herbs.
- Serve warm with crusty bread for dipping.
Notes
For a spicier version, increase the red pepper flakes. This dish pairs well with wine.
