Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Core the pears from the bottom, leaving the stems intact for presentation.
- Place the pears upright in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the berries, honey, walnuts, blue cheese, and cinnamon.
- Stuff the mixture into the center of each pear.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until pears are tender.
- Serve warm, drizzled with extra honey if desired.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute blue cheese with a dairy-free alternative. Ensure blueberries are plump and fresh for best flavor.
