- 4 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchinis, chopped onion, flour, eggs, olive oil, salt, pepper, and basil. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a crispier texture, broil for the last 2-3 minutes. Serve warm as an appetizer or side dish.
