- 1 ½pounds salmon, about4fillets, skins off, cut into1-inch bites
- 2 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoonCajun seasoning
- ½ teaspoonsmoked paprika
- 1 teaspoonkosher salt
- ½ teaspoonblack pepper
- 1 cupmayonnaise
- ½ cupThai sweet chili sauce
- 2 teaspoonsSriracha, or more to taste
- 1–2tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoonrice vinegar
- Chives, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the salmon bites and toss gently to coat.
- In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Thai chili sauce, Sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar until smooth.
- Set aside half of the Bang Bang sauce for serving. Mix the salmon bites with the remaining sauce.
- Arrange the salmon and sauce in your air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 5-7 minutes. Avoid overcrowding; cook in batches if necessary.
- Transfer the salmon to a plate and drizzle with the reserved Bang Bang sauce.
- Garnish with chopped chives and serve.
