- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Oil for frying
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- Dredge the chicken in cornstarch until fully coated.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden and cooked through.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey.
- Toss the fried chicken in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For a milder version, reduce the sriracha. Pairs well with rice or salad.
