For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 package (9 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
- Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning to the beef, stirring for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens slightly.
- Meanwhile, cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and add to the creamy beef sauce.
- Toss everything together and season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
