Beef & Parmesan Tortellini in Creamy Sauce

A rich and comforting dish featuring tender beef and cheese-filled tortellini in a velvety cream sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 package (9 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
  2. Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning to the beef, stirring for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Meanwhile, cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and add to the creamy beef sauce.
  6. Toss everything together and season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
