- 0.9 pounds ground beef.
- 1 teaspoon chili powder.
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika.
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
- 1 teaspoon oregano.
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin.
- 1 teaspoon onion powder.
- 2 tablespoons olive oil.
- 4 flour tortillas.
- ½ cup shredded lettuce.
- ¾ cup cherry tomatoes.
- ⅓ cup ranch dressing.
- 1 small red onion.
- 4 tablespoons corn.
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated.
Instructions
- Mix ground beef with all spices in bowl.
- Heat oil in skillet until hot. Brown seasoned beef until cooked through.
- Cut tortilla from center to bottom edge. Create quarters for filling.
- Bottom left: lettuce and tomato. Top left: ranch, onion, corn. Top right: cheese and beef. Bottom right: cheese.
- Fold clockwise from bottom left up, then over, then down to form triangle.
- Grill in clean pan or beef fat 2-3 minutes per side until crispy.

Special folding technique creates layers.
Cheese helps hold beef in place.
