For the Crust:
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon butter (for greasing)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and grease a baking dish with butter.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
- Stir in cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, bell peppers, onions, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and the center is set.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
