  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter (for greasing)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and grease a baking dish with butter.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
  3. Stir in cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, bell peppers, onions, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
