For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, and sugar to make the special sauce. Set aside.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 10 seconds to make them pliable.
  4. Spread a generous amount of the special sauce on each tortilla.
  5. Layer cooked ground beef, shredded lettuce, diced onions, diced pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese on each tortilla.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
