For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, and sugar to make the special sauce. Set aside.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 10 seconds to make them pliable.
- Spread a generous amount of the special sauce on each tortilla.
- Layer cooked ground beef, shredded lettuce, diced onions, diced pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese on each tortilla.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
