Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup cookie dough, prepared
  • 1 cup cherries, pitted and chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add softened butter, eggs, and vanilla extract; stir until combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips and cookie dough chunks.
  5. Spoon batter into muffin liners, top with chopped cherries.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool completely before serving.
