For the Crust:
- 1 box fudge brownie mix (plus required ingredients)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries
- 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Prepare brownies according to package directions and let cool completely. Crumble into fine pieces.
- Make cookie dough: Cream butter and sugars, then mix in milk and vanilla. Stir in flour until combined. Fold in cherries.
- Form balls: Take 1 tbsp brownie crumbs, flatten, add 1 tsp cookie dough, and wrap brownie around it. Repeat for all bombs.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil. Dip each bomb to coat completely and place on parchment paper.
- Chill for 30 minutes until chocolate sets. Store refrigerated.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
