Black Forest Cookie Dough Brownie Bombs

Decadent brownie bites stuffed with cherry-filled cookie dough and coated in dark chocolate.

For the Crust:

  • 1 box fudge brownie mix (plus required ingredients)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries
  • 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Prepare brownies according to package directions and let cool completely. Crumble into fine pieces.
  2. Make cookie dough: Cream butter and sugars, then mix in milk and vanilla. Stir in flour until combined. Fold in cherries.
  3. Form balls: Take 1 tbsp brownie crumbs, flatten, add 1 tsp cookie dough, and wrap brownie around it. Repeat for all bombs.
  4. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil. Dip each bomb to coat completely and place on parchment paper.
  5. Chill for 30 minutes until chocolate sets. Store refrigerated.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
