Black Forest Cookie Dough Brownie Bombs

Decadent brownie bites stuffed with cherry-filled cookie dough and coated in dark chocolate.

For the Crust:

  • 1 box brownie mix (plus required ingredients)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries
  • 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions and bake in a 9Γ—9 pan. Let cool completely, then cut into small cubes.
  2. For cookie dough: Heat-treat flour by microwaving for 1 minute. Cream butter and sugars, then mix in milk, vanilla, and flour. Fold in cherries.
  3. Flatten spoonfuls of cookie dough, place a brownie cube in center, and wrap dough around it. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil. Dip each bomb in chocolate and place on parchment paper. Chill until set.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
