For the Crust:
- 1 box brownie mix (plus required ingredients)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries
- 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Prepare brownie mix according to package directions and bake in a 9Γ9 pan. Let cool completely, then cut into small cubes.
- For cookie dough: Heat-treat flour by microwaving for 1 minute. Cream butter and sugars, then mix in milk, vanilla, and flour. Fold in cherries.
- Flatten spoonfuls of cookie dough, place a brownie cube in center, and wrap dough around it. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil. Dip each bomb in chocolate and place on parchment paper. Chill until set.
