Ingredients

- 8 slices of bread
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat blackberries and balsamic vinegar over medium heat until reduced.
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Layer brie and blackberry mixture on unbuttered side of bread.
- Cook in a skillet until golden brown.
