Blue Christmas Truffles

Elegant white chocolate truffles tinted with Blue Curacao and rolled in sparkly sugar for a unique holiday treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips.
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream.
  • 2 tablespoons Blue Curacao.
  • 1/2 cup sanding sugar.

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate and cream in intervals.
  2. Stir in Blue Curacao until mixed.
  3. Chill 2 hours until firm.
  4. Roll into balls.
  5. Coat in sanding sugar.
  6. Chill 1 hour to set.
  7. Keep refrigerated.

Can be made alcohol-free.
