Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups white chocolate chips.
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream.
- 2 tablespoons Blue Curacao.
- 1/2 cup sanding sugar.
Instructions
- Melt chocolate and cream in intervals.
- Stir in Blue Curacao until mixed.
- Chill 2 hours until firm.
- Roll into balls.
- Coat in sanding sugar.
- Chill 1 hour to set.
- Keep refrigerated.
