Blueberry Cheesecake Heaven Rolls

Delicious rolls filled with creamy cheesecake and sweet blueberries, perfect for dessert or a sweet treat.

For the Crust:

  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Spread a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture onto each triangle, then sprinkle with blueberries.
  4. Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end, tucking in the sides to seal. Place on the baking sheet.
  5. Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
