Blueberry Cheesecake Heaven Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold in blueberries gently.
  5. Add egg and melted butter to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  6. Roll dough into balls, flatten, add cheesecake filling, and roll up.
  7. Place on baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  8. Cool on a wire rack before serving.

Notes

For best results, use ripe blueberries and chill the rolls before baking. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
