- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in blueberries gently.
- Add egg and melted butter to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Roll dough into balls, flatten, add cheesecake filling, and roll up.
- Place on baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
For best results, use ripe blueberries and chill the rolls before baking. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
