- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed.
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted.
- 1 tablespoon bourbon.
- 1/4 cup roasted chopped pecans.
- 8 ounces round of brie.
- 1.9 ounces package frozen mini phyllo shells (15 shells).
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix brown sugar, melted butter, bourbon, and pecans in a small bowl.
- Remove brie rind and cut into 1/4-inch cubes.
- Place one brie cube in each phyllo shell.
- Top each with 1/2 teaspoon bourbon pecan mixture.
- Place on baking sheet and bake 10 minutes until brie melts.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Make double batch – they go fast.
Can be frozen up to 3 months.
Phyllo and filo shells are the same.
Various toppings can be substituted.
