- 1 large pre-made flatbread or naan
- 200g brie cheese, sliced
- 1 cup fresh or dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
- 1/4 cup hot honey (store-bought or homemade)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and layer the sliced brie cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the brie is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the cranberries and toasted walnuts over the melted brie.
- Drizzle the hot honey generously over the toppings.
- Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
- Slice and serve immediately while warm.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the hot honey. This recipe pairs well with wine or as a holiday appetizer.
