  • 1 large pre-made flatbread or naan
  • 200g brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh or dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
  • 1/4 cup hot honey (store-bought or homemade)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and layer the sliced brie cheese evenly over the top.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the brie is melted and bubbly.
  4. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the cranberries and toasted walnuts over the melted brie.
  5. Drizzle the hot honey generously over the toppings.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
  7. Slice and serve immediately while warm.

Notes

For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the hot honey. This recipe pairs well with wine or as a holiday appetizer.
