Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Steam the broccoli florets until bright green and slightly tender, about 5 minutes.
- Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl, then mix in the cheese, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Form the potato mixture into small base shapes, then insert a broccoli floret on top to resemble a tree.
- Roll the bases in breadcrumbs.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 15-20 minutes until golden.
